How to get Quick French Onion Soup 


This is the fastest onion soup ever. And this soup is ready in just 15 minutes. And this soup is very good and healthy to eat. 

When I was not there, even at the price of onion, when I see this soup and I feel like eating it, I like this soup very much. And this soup is the main soup of the French. Onion is used in this soup.

I know that today the amount of vegetables in a small boy is very less. So by making such a soup you can feed your boy vegetables, and thus you can add other vegetables as well. And onions are sweet. So this soup is sweet to eat. So everyone likes it. And the taste of this leads you to another dish. So everyone makes more of this soup. 



This soup should be prepared in 15 minutes. like all of my SOUP in 15 recipes. The key is to get the onions cooking as soon as viable and to the  not use very many of them so  to the that they do not crowd the pan. Once they are  underway, you warm up some broth and adding to  some flavorful things to it so that it can infuse.Oh yes. There will be cheese toast.        


  • four  Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • three  large sweet onions, divided
  • one  and 1/2 tsp. brown sugar, divided
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • six  cups low-sodium beef stock
  • three  sprigs fresh thyme
  • Baguette or other white bread
  • five  oz. Gruyere cheese
  • one  cup red wine 


  1. Cut the butter into small slice and put it into a very large skillet over medium heat. Peel and slice one onion. Adding  it to the skillet. Increase heat to the medium-high. Add 1/2 teaspoon of the brown sugar and a pinch of salt and of black pepper. Stir. Peel and slice a second onion. Adding  it to the skillet with another 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar and some salt and pepper. Stir. Repeat with final onion. Cover skillet (if you don’t have a cover for it, use a large baking sheet or a big piece of aluminium foil). creepy  on to cook over medium-high heat, stirring at time , until well-browned and very soft, 10-11 minutes.     
  2. Meanwhile, preheat the broiler. Pour to the beef stock into a big pot or Dutch oven over big heat. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and to  the thyme. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. 
  3. While to the stock is warmth , slice to the bread into 4-5 slices. Put in a single layer on a baking sheet and to the put it below the broiler until it is toasted. Shred the cheese. delete toast from broiler. Flip slices over. Top each with some of the cheese. Return it to below the broiler until cheese is melted. 
  4. When to  the onions are well-browned, adding to  the wine to them. Stir it until most of the wine has evaporated. Adding to  the onions and wine to the hot stock. Taste and to the adding  salt and pepper if DEMAND .
  5. Ladle soup into bowls. finest each serving with a piece of cheese toast.
