Eligibility criteria
To be eligible to apply for Gujarat rating card you must follow the simple eligibility process provided below: -

First, the applicant must be a permanent and legal resident of Gujarat.
The applicant must not have a valid debit card
The applicant is eligible to receive a new allotment card if his or her old expiry card has expired or stolen.
Newlyweds are entitled to a share card.

If your assignment card is damaged or lost you can get a duplicate copy. To obtain citizen copies citizens must run to the official web portal or the nearest office. Submit an application with documents for the issuance of a duplicate share card.
