કોરોના સંકટ, વાવાઝોડુ, પુર અને ભૂકંપના કારણે ધરતી પર એક બાદ એક આફત આવી રહી છે. હવે સ્ટેડિયમ જેટલો વિશાળ એસ્ટેરોઈડ ખૂબ જ ઝડપથી ધરતીની તરફ આવી રહ્યો છે. જે 24 જુલાઈએ ધરતી સાથે અથડાશે. અમેરિકી અંતરિક્ષ એજન્સી નાશાના વૈજ્ઞાનિકોએ તેને ખૂબ જ ખતરનાક ગણાવ્યો છે.

કેટલો વિશાળ છે એસ્ટેરોઈડ

રિપોર્ટ અનુસાર આ વિશાળ એસ્ટેરોઈડ આઠ કિલોમીટર પ્રતિ સેકન્ડ એટલે કે 28,800 હજાર કિમી પ્રતિ કલાકની ઝડપથી પૃથ્વીની તરફ આવી રહ્યો છે. ધરતી તરફ વધવાની તેની ગતી એટલી વધારે છે કે જો કોઈ ગ્રહ અથવા વસ્તુ તેની સાથે અથડાય તો તે ત્યા જ તબાહ થઈ જાય. નિયર-અર્થ ઓબ્જેક્ટ 20 મીટર પહોળુ છે અને 28,70,847,607 કિમી દૂરથી દેખાશે. જે પૃથ્વી અને ચંદ્રની વચ્ચે કુલ દૂરીના આઠ ગણું છે.


24 જુલાઈએ થશે પસાર

એનઈઓ 24 જુલાઈએ રાતે અપોલો નામની કક્ષાથી પસાર થશે. જોકે તેને પૃથ્વી સાથે અથડાવવાની કોઈ સંભાવના નથી. તેમ છતાં વૈજ્ઞાનિકોએ તેને સંભવિત ખતનાક એસ્ટેરોઈડની શ્રેણીમાં મુક્યો છે. તેના માટે નાસાના વૈજ્ઞાનિકો સતત તેના પર નજર રાખી રહ્યા છે. જણાવી દઈએ કે પહેલા પણ એસ્ટેરોઈડ 2021KT1 પૃથ્વીની નજીકથી પસાર થયો હતો જે એફિલ ટાવરના આકાર બરાબર હતો.

સાબરકાંઠા જિલ્લાના પોલો ફોરેસ્ટ પરના પ્રતિબંધને લઇને પ્રવાસીઓમાં રોષ છે. સાબરકાંઠા જિલ્લા કલેક્ટરે લગાવેલા પ્રતિબંધોને લઇને રોષ જાગ્યો છે. કારણ કે, મોટી સંખ્યામાં પોલો ફોરેસ્ટ પહોંચેલા પ્રવાસીઓ અટવાઈ રહ્યા છે. કોરોનાના કેસ કાબૂમાં રહેતા મોટાભાગના પ્રવાસન સ્થળોમાં પ્રતિબંધોમાં રાહત અપાઈ છે. પરંતુ પોલો ફોરેસ્ટમાં 23 ઓગસ્ટ સુધી ફોર વ્હીલર વાહનોને પ્રતિબંધ કરી દેવાયા છે. જેને લઈ ગુજરાત અને રાજસ્થાનથી આવનારા પ્રવાસીઓ અટવાયા છે.



શા માટે કાર પર લગાવાયો પ્રતિબંધ

મહત્વનું છે કે, પ્રવાસનસ્થળ હેઠળ વિશેષ સહાય-સહયોગ કરી વિકસિત કરવાની સરકારની નેમ છે. પોલ્યુશન ફ્રી ઇકો ટુરિઝમ હેઠળ મોટા વાહનોની એન્ટ્રી પર રોક લગાવી દેવાયો છે. આ કારણે વહીવટી તંત્રના નિર્ણયને લઇને પ્રવાસીઓમાં રોષ જોવા મળી રહ્યો છે. કોરોના મહામારી બાદ કુદરતી સૌદર્યના સ્થળો ફરવા માટે લોકોની પહેલી પસંદગી સામાન્ય રીતે પોલો ફોરેસ્ટ હોય છે. વહીવટી તંત્ર વ્યવસ્થિત સુવિધા આપે તેવી પ્રવાસીઓની માગણી છે. વહીવટીતંત્ર યોગ્ય નિર્ણય નહીં લે તો, આવનારા દિવસોમાં પ્રવાસીઓની સંખ્યા ઘટશે.

જોકે સૌથી મોટી વાત એ છે કે, પોલો ફોરેસ્ટ અને પ્રવાસન ધામ વિકસાવાયા બાદ વહિવટી તંત્ર દ્વારા લાખો રૂપિયાની મદદ પણ કરવામાં આવી છે. તેમ જ સ્થાનિક વિસ્તારમાં રોજગારી માટે પણ વિશેષ પ્રયાસ કરાયો છે. જે અંતર્ગત આસપાસના લોકો માટે વિશેષ સહાય પણ કરવામાં આવી હતી.પરંતુ હાલના તબક્કે સાબરકાંઠા જિલ્લા વહીવટી પ્રશાસન દ્વારા ઈકો ટુરિઝમ અંતર્ગત મોટા વાહનો ઉપર પ્રતિબંધ ફરમાવાયો છે. જેના પગલે હવે અન્ય જિલ્લાઓમાંથી આવનારા પ્રવાસીઓની સંખ્યા પણ ઘટી શકે તેવી સમસ્યા સર્જાઈ છે.



એક તરફ ગુજરાતને પ્રવાસન વિભાગ તરફથી વિશેષ સહાય આપવાની વાતો છે. તો બીજી તરફ હજારોની સંખ્યામાં આવી રહેલા પ્રવાસીઓ માટે કોઈપણ પ્રકારની વિશેષ સુવિધા ન મળતા આગામી સમયમાં પ્રવાસીઓ ગુજરાતના એકમાત્ર પ્રો-વેડિંગ તેમજ કાશ્મીરની ઉપમા પામી ચૂકેલા પોળો ફોરેસ્ટથી દૂર થાય તેવી સમસ્યા સર્જાઈ છે. જોકે સાબરકાંઠા વહિવટી પ્રશાસન તંત્ર દ્વારા લાગુ પડેલા મોટા વાહનો પરના પ્રતિબંધને પગલે સ્થાનિક વહીવટી કર્મચારીઓ પણ બેબસ બન્યા હોય તેમ જણાઈ રહ્યું છે.

અમદાવાદ શહેરમાં વૃક્ષોનું ગ્રીનકવર વધારવા મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશન દ્વારા જાપાનની ‘મિયાવાકી’ પધ્ધતિથી શહેરના અલગ અલગ વિસ્તારમાં આવેલા પ્લોટ તેમજ રિવરફ્રન્ટ સહિતના વિસ્તારોમાં વૃક્ષો વાવવાનો નિર્ણય કરાયો છે. જેના પગલે આગામી મંગળવારે સાબરમતી રિવરફ્રન્ટ પર ચંદ્રનગર બ્રિજ પાસે આવેલા બાયોડાયવર્સિટી પાર્કની જગ્યા પર જાપાનની ‘મિયાવાકી’ પધ્ધતિથી 45,000 વૃક્ષો વાવી અને મીની જંગલ ઉભું કરવામાં આવશે.

રિવરફ્રન્ટ પર બાયોડાયવર્સિટી પાર્ક ઉભો કરાશે
રૂપિયા 2.5 કરોડના ખર્ચે ઉભું થનાર આ બાયોડાયવર્સિટી ફેઝ 2નો વૃક્ષારોપણ કાર્યક્રમ ગૃહમંત્રી પ્રદીપસિંહ જાડેજાના હસ્તે યોજવામાં આવશે. રિવરફ્રન્ટ પર બાયોડાયવર્સિટી પાર્ક ઉભો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે જેમાં 20 હજારો વૃક્ષો વાવવામાં આવ્યા છે.


મિયાવાકી પદ્ધતિથી વૃક્ષોનું વાવેતર
સ્ટેન્ડિંગ કમિટીના ચેરમેન હિતેશ બારોટે આ મામલે Divya Bhaskar સાથેની વાતચીતમાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે, સાબરમતી રિવરફ્રન્ટ પર બાયોડાયવર્સિટી પાર્કમાં 45,000 વૃક્ષો મિયાવાકી પદ્ધતિથી વાવવામાં આવશે. ચંદન, સિંદુર, સિરિસ, ઉમરો, રક્તચંદન જેવા 170 પ્રકારના અલગ અલગ વૃક્ષો વાવવામાં આવશે. જેનાથી પક્ષીઓ આકર્ષાય છે. પહેલા 5,000 જેટલા વૃક્ષો વાવવામાં આવશે, ત્યારબાદ બાકીના 40,000 વૃક્ષો ત્રણ માસમાં રોપવામાં આવશે. પાંચ વર્ષ સુધી માવજત કરવામાં આવશે. મંગળવારે સવારે ગૃહમંત્રીના હસ્તે આ કાર્યક્રમ યોજાવાનો છે.

બાયોડાયવર્સિટી પાર્ક ફેઝ-2માં 45000 હજાર વૃક્ષોનું વાવેતર

2 જ વર્ષમાં વૃક્ષો સ્વાવલંબી બને છે
અત્યારે જે સામાન્ય પદ્ધતિથી વૃક્ષોનો ઉછેર કરવામાં ત્રણ વર્ષ લાગે છે, તેના કરતા આ મિયાવાકી પદ્ધતિથી 2 વર્ષમાં જ વૃક્ષો સ્વાવલંબી બને છે. ગત વર્ષે નારોલ હાઈવે ખાતે પાયલોટ પ્રોજેકટ તરીકે 3,000 વૃક્ષોનો ઉછેર કર્યો હતો. જેની સફળતા જોતા આ વર્ષે મોટા 5 લાખ વૃક્ષો પૈકી 30 ટકાનો આ પદ્ધતિથી ઉછેર કરવા નિર્ણય કરાયો છે. આ પદ્ધતિ દ્વારા વિવિધ પ્રકારની જમીન પર ઝડપથી, ટકાઉ તથા કેમિકલમુક્ત વન વિસ્તાર વિકસાવી શકાય છે. અને તેનાથી વૃક્ષો ઝડપથી ઉગી શકે છે.

2 જ વર્ષમાં વૃક્ષો સ્વાવલંબી બનશે

કેવી રીતે વૃક્ષારોપણ કરાશે?
6 થી 12 ઇંચના અંતરે રોપા રોપવામાં આવે છે. પહેલા વર્ષે છોડની ઊંચાઈ 12 થી 15 ફૂટ થઈ જાય છે. જયારે બીજા વર્ષે 20-25 ફૂટની ઊંચાઈ થાય છે. મિયાવાકી વૃક્ષોની કાર્બન ડાયોક્સાઈડ શોષવાની ક્ષમતા 30 ગણી વધુ છે અને 10 ગણી ઝડપી વધે છે. તેમાં 30-40 પ્રકારના વૃક્ષો ઉગાડી શકાય. બે વર્ષમાં આ‌ વૃક્ષો સ્વાવલંબી બને છે.
