List of "Front Line Workers" and officers and employees of various offices covered on priority basis under COVID-19 vaccination program in the prescribed format. The state government has instructed to prepare by 7:00 pm on 7/12/2020. Such a list is to be prepared in four parts in total.

(1) employees of the Department of Health and Family Welfare; This will include employees of all government and private institutions connected with public health and medical services. (2) All officers and employees of the revenue department (3) Employees of all government offices (3) Persons aged 50 years and above included in the electoral roll and co-morbid persons below the age of 50 years

The list of related beneficiaries to be covered for Covid-19 vaccination has to be prepared in a very precisely prescribed pattern. The fixed template is included with this, which is in Excel format. A list of citizens is being prepared for all departments except employees of government and private institutions involved in public health and medical services. There is no data entry to be made in the last column of the accompanying specimen, of which special note should be taken.

The list of "First Line Workers" and officers / employees of all the Heads of Government Offices of the District as well as the office under their jurisdiction has to be verified and prepared after it has been prepared in the prescribed form. The officer should be sent to District Panchayat, Mehsana under the notice of Disaster Management Branch of Collectorate,

The State Government has been informed by the Chief Electoral Officer to collect and use the details of the voters registered in the Electoral Roll and hence using the latest Electoral Voter List of the existing Legislative Assembly Constituency (which is currently under revision) Assembly constituency wise, polling station wise Individuals above 50 years of age as well as persons below 50 years of age will have to prepare M2 (two) list. The list of Comorbid persons below the age of 50 years should be provided by the concerned Voter Registration Officer to the Booth Level Officer (BLO) of the concerned polling station along with the details of persons who have returned home in the prescribed form. (Information collection form is attached to this.)

This information has to be prepared with care and precision. As per 7/12/2020, it is to be submitted by 17-00 hours in the evening. Surveillance is also required to ensure that this happens.

Given from the letter dated 12/11/2020. Under the instructions, out of the court cases filed at the District / Town Education Committee regarding the massacre camp, the following action is directed to be taken immediately in respect of the court cases in your district.

1. Name by your district lawyer in respect of all court cases pertaining to your district. In all cases appearing in the High Court, you have to immediately file an affidavit from your class and send a copy to this office.

2. The proceedings of affidavit of these cases have to be completed by the next period as well as in the next period

The government will have to be present for the defense by the advocate of your district. 

3. In case of change of camp in your district, there is a policy matter / issue and affidavit is submitted.

If this is to be done, an affidavit has to be submitted in consultation with the legal branch of this office. 4, The officer will have to take care of himself to complete the seriousness of the court case in a timely manner.

The year 2020-21 will see the completion of the Educational Innovation Festival held online at the taluka level. After the taluka level, now the district level Educational Innovation Festival has to be organized for which the following instructions have to be taken into consideration.

1. The expenses of Taluka / District Level Educational Innovation Festival will be borne from the grant allotted by EDN19L Educational Innovation Festival.

2. Necessary guidance for innovation to be introduced at the district level will have to be given from the diet level. As well as seating allowance will have to be paid as per the rules to the participants in the guidance camp for the main innovation.

What experiments can be presented at the Innovation Festival?

 The new experiment is still ongoing and is being released for the first time

If so, consider it a new experiment of primary level. Innovative experiment that has been started in previous years and which has been completed this year and its effects and results are visible and available statistical and detailed information showing the situation before and after (one cycle of implementation has been completed). As per the 31st August 2020 drama, the necessary instructions were given by the state government to the office of this education department to organize the following camps in the state in the following order. Why and finally it has been decided to change the district.

The above instructions are in progress in the districts at present. The above instructions for organizing the transfer camp have been given with the approval of the State Government. Registration for NMMS exam for the current year has started from 18/11/2020 on SEB's website. But compared to last year, the registration of NMMS students has been much less in the current situation. In this examination in the current academic year in Std-9 in government primary schools, district panchayat in local body schools. Students studying in Municipal / Municipal School) and Granted Primary Schools can appear for the NMMS.

So through you, your District Education Inspector, Taluka Primary Education Officer, Assistant Govt. Registration for NMMS exam is on till 19/12/2029 and the date of the exam is: 28/02/2021.

But due to the current Covid-19 massacre, the parents of the students are having difficulty in getting the caste as well as income certificates mentioned in the reference declaration.
