After the Supreme Court gave the green signal to the Neet 2020 Official Answer key, special guidelines for the JEE-NEET exam have been announced as per the instructions of the Central Government when JEE Main and 13th NEET will be taken across the country from September 1. According to which, in order to prevent any dummy student from entering the examination, the masks of all the students will be taken out and checked at each center and after the checking, a new mask will be given from the center itself.

National Level Entrance Test (National Entrance Test) for admission in Engineering, Pharmacy, Medical, Ayurvedic, Homeopathy courses after Std-12 Science stream will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA), New Delhi on 13/9/2020. Guidance was given earlier on the readiness of the administration to conduct the investigation and to ensure that the entire examination is well accomplished in the event of Covid-19 epidemic. In connection with the preparation of the examination, a meeting has been organized with the officers of the education department today on 11/9/2020 and in consultation with the state coordinator of NTA, Shri Virendra Rawat regarding the NEET examination, necessary instructions have been given to provide all necessary cooperation.

Home Learning 15 September 2020 to 30 September 2020 Standard 6 to 8 Time Table.

The Gujarat Government sends daily home learning material on DD Girnar channel as well as Diksha application. Home learning videos for standard 1 to 12 are posted daily. This video is also posted via you tube link. It is the intention of the state government that every student can study by watching the video through this link. The timetable for the month of September from September 15 to September 30 has been announced by the state government.

Here is the timeline of Home Learning Video from 15th September to 30th September according to the subject of Std. 6th to 8th. As per the schedule of this time sheet, children can take textbooks and watch online videos and study.

Every month home learning videos are shown to children on the television channel. The Home Learning Schedule for September has been announced as every month.

Educational videos are broadcast daily on Doordarshan DD Girnar channel as well as on Diksha application. Every day a video link as well as a PDF file is sent by the government.

Gujarat Government has launched various online courses for teachers on Diksha Portal. Every effort is made to have teachers voluntarily join the course according to their interests.
Initially COVID 19 training was made mandatory for every employee. Since then, tailored trainings for each subject have also been started. Language readiness training in English and Gujarati subjects has also been given.

An understanding of each chapter is also provided through nice fun video and pdf file. The test is taken at the end of the chapter. Certificates are also issued by the Department of Education upon completion of the course. Merit training is a very important training for every teacher. Before filling the form for Jawahar Navodaya Std. 6 entrance exam, one has to download a form from the website and fill in the details of the child.
The name of the child, name of his parents, address of the child, mobile number etc. details have to be filled.
Where the child has studied for the last three years. That means filling out school details. It has to bear the signature coin of the present school principal.
This form has to have a photo of the child. The signature of the child as well as the guardian is also required.

Then when filling the online form, you have to fill in the details of the child and upload this form as well as the photo of the child, the signature of the child and the parent. It is necessary to save the child's registration number as well as his password. The password is the child's date of birth.

This application number and password are required while downloading the admit card of Jawahar Navodaya Entrance Examination.

It is necessary to take a print of this form after filling it. This form is not to be forwarded anywhere.

If the student has studied in Std. 3 Std. 4 and Std. 5 in rural school, he / she can fill up the form for rural seat Apart from this he has to fill up a form for urban.

List of Eligible Candidates for appearing in the Main Written Examination Advertisement No. 20/2019-20

The following 2461 candidates are declared provisionally qualified in the Competitive (Preliminary) Exam conducted by the Gujarat Public Service Commission on 13.10.2019 for the Advt. No. 20/2019-20, Deputy Section Officer, Class-3. The candidates are declared provisionally qualified for appearing in the Main Written Examination, subject to their fulfilling all conditions of eligibility of Advt. No. 20/2019-20.

In accordance with the rules of the examination, all these candidates have to apply again for admission to the main examination in the detailed application form, as per the instruction of the commission. For the purpose, the public advertisement will be given and the candidates shall have to apply within the stipulated time.

Note:

(1) Cut-off marks means marks secured by the last candidate in merit list (arrangement of total marks obtained in descending order) of the concerned category.

(2) As Per Final Answer key declared for Paper-1 (DSP), Three (3) questions are cancelled. Therefore, it is decided by the Commission to equally distribute the marks of cancelled questions among 197 questions on pro-rata basis, as such evaluation has been carried out by treating each question with 1.015 mark for the right answer and (-) 0.305 mark for the wrong/multiple encoded/blank answer for Paper-1 in this result.

Cut-off marks of General Category (Female) is 61.58 whereas Cut off marks of EWS (Female),S.E.B.C. (Female) & SC(Female) Category is respectively 68876778 & 67.89. Therefore, Cut-off marks of EWS (Female), S.E.B.C. (Female) & SC (Female) category is lowered down to 61.58, which is equivalent to the Cut-off marks of General category (Female).

(4) As per the instruction of circular No. CRR-1096-2213-G2, Dated: 31.08.2004 of General Administration Department, result of the widow candidates is prepared after addition of Bonus Mark. Bonus marks is 5% marks of the obtained marks by the candidate.

• Now enter the SSA teacher code you received. And then enter your district name and a few details.

• After entering the details as above, you will have to enter your teacher code and district. You will need to edit the link above.
• After entering the above details, enter the following password.
• Password is school@123
• enter Password  and then create a new Password.
• Now you can Take a lesson on Microsoft Teams with your ID and Passord. 

Too many teachers had the confusion of id and password in Microsoft teams to take classes online. Now there is an easy way to create an ID and password. All teachers can create their own ID and password from their own teacher code.

The new academic year has started with the instructions of Unlock-2 issued by the Government of India and the resolution dated 5/6/2020 shown in the preamble 1 of the Education Department of the Government of Gujarat in the current extraordinary circumstances of the epidemic of Novel Corona Virus (KOVID-19). But in the month of July 2020, i.e. from 1/7/2020. Students are not required to attend school during this HOME LEARNING period up to 31/7/2020. During this period it is decided to provide Food Security Allowance under mid-day meal.

The cooking cost amount of food security allowance fixed by the head teacher / SMC of the school has to be deposited in the bank account of the students / parents. Also, keeping in view the local circumstances, the social distance should be maintained strictly as per the guidelines of the Government and the work of distribution of foodgrains should be completed in consultation with the District Primary Education Officer Supply System with the cooperation of local school teachers and mid-day meal center administrators.

All the registered students of the primary school where the mid-day meal scheme is being implemented will have to send the daily report on the distribution of foodgrains on a daily basis and the amount of cooking cost paid and the latest details in the prescribed form to the email here. As well as the prescribed sample form shown here on the Mid-day Meal Yojana website Google Drive, the food distributed daily and the amount deposited in the bank account of the student / guardian should be given. Accounts at school and taluka / district level should be kept up to date for the purpose of audit.

The distribution of foodgrains from the quantity of foodgrains allotted by the Government of India in the first and second quarters of the year 2020-21 for the mid-day meal scheme has to be completed within the time limit as per the method prescribed for distribution of foodgrains at the district level. Social distance must be maintained strictly and the instructions of the health department must be followed. In addition, this work is to be completed within the time limit as per the provisions of National Food Security Act 2017 and Mid-day Meal Scheme Rules-2016. District / Taluka office will have to supervise this matter. This matter is requested to be given top priority.

Gujarati and Maths tests will be taken in Std. 6 and 8. Gujarati, English and Hindi will be tested in Std. 6 while Gujarati, English, Hindi and Sanskrit subjects will be tested in Std. 6 to 8. While it is to be noted that as per the resolution of the Department of Education dated 12-02-2020, Gujarati (first language), Mathematics, Social Sciences and Science subjects have to be taken in the same tests, this time the tests in these four subjects are self-contained and * subsidized. The school can take it voluntarily.

The above periodic evaluation tests dt. It is to be held from 26th to 30th September, by 25/9/2020, the students have to reach the tests in hard copy or scoop.

Where there is a test of Gujarati in Gujarati medium, first language test of that medium will be taken in other medium.  Where there is test of Hindi in Gujarati medium, Gujarati (second language) will be tested in Hindi medium.

Where there is English test in Gujarati medium, Gujarati second language test will be taken in English medium.
